I'm looking for another female student to take over my lease at the Regency Square for the xxxx-xxxx school year. My roommates are two serious female students who are really friendly and respectful. One is a grad student in engineering and the other is a senior in chemistry. The room comes with a wood dresser. I can also throw in a twin size mattress with a box spring, if you like. It's a 20 minute walk to campus/downtown. We split cable/internet, water, and electricity 3 ways.
